I loved watching Julia Roberts take down a corrupt corporation with nothing but sass, a killer wardrobe, and a stack of legal papers. Director Alex Garland has said that post Civil War he is stepping down from directing AND writing his films. Don’t get it twisted he is still going to write…but this seems like at the least a temporary break from directing.
