This movie felt like Fear the Walking Dead and unfortunately not in a good way. Advertised as “Day One”, AKA before the “invasion”, I was excited to see if there would be anything new covered like how the aliens arrived or just a bit of back story about them. Unfortunately didn’t have either of those with less information and the same “don’t make noise” concept as the previous ones.
If this was the first of the series I’d probably give it a higher score, but just doing the same thing as the first replacing the baby with a cat limited the movies potential for me.
