Alright film - although there were some plot holes. Thought acting was great.

Also strange orange tint over the entire film.

Almost like two separate films - one about prison and one about magic

The handheld camera was cool at first but then it gets old

The story wasn't really that interesting

A really good film. Well made. Great pacing. Interesting characters. It was nice change of pace having gangsters smashing parking meters for money so they can kick it to the higher ups.

Al Pacino was fantastic and Depp was pretty good.

I was pretty surprised when reading about the real life case how accurate it was. I also liked how it was a different take on becoming a goodfella - Depp was much more accepted than other newcomers to the Mafia, in other gangster films I have watched.
