Sing Sing 2023
Art is powerful because art humanizes. So much care was taken to tell this story, and we’re all better off for it. I love how the majority of the cast went through the Sing Sing program for real. This film doesn’t shy away from the pain, but more importantly, it doesn’t shy away from the joy.

Nothing in this movie gave what it needed to give, especially the actor who played Peter Pan. His performance was so bad that it took away from scenes. For all the effort they clearly tried to put into cast diversity, they couldn’t have tried to actually make the film itself good??
