    The Brutalist

    ★★★★½

No matter what the others try and sell you, it is the destination, not the journey.

The Brutalist is by far one of the grandest films I have ever seen. It’s sort of on another level that you can only really experience IMO in a movie theater. The overall landscape of what this film is and how it is portrayed is brilliant and it was so worth the wait.

For the official runtime being as lengthy as it is (3+…

I love my husband and I’m gonna be with him forever!

Sean Baker in his element literally is just pure cinema.

Not only did Anora win the Palme d'Or at Cannes, but it was the first American film to do so since 2011

Neon hasn’t missed, as they continue to pick the right projects that continues to raise the bar for their competition. I don’t think I have ever seen anything like this and from start to finish, it was…

    The back row’s asleep..
But the front row is ready to rage!

That’s me!! I’m in the front row!!

They can never make me hate you A24!

I really enjoyed Opus and I think despite what others have said - it is wildly entertaining!

Maybe I’m just a fan of these psychological-thriller-cult-horror-esque films, but I love it.
    (I swear I’m normal y’all ha)

This one was giving vibes of the likes of MidsommarThe Menu, and Blink Twice - but since when has…

    This is Mild Mickey.
    And this is Habañero Mickey.

The long awaited arrival for this film has been REAL.

Mickey 17 has been on a lot of people’s lists and it’s finally here! With Bong Joon Ho of course coming off of Parasite, you knew this one would be odd and fun and just plain wild.

I loved Robert Pattinson in this. I think he was the perfect choice for this role and his distinction between the different versions of…

Can you find the wolves in this picture?

    Powerful. Striking. Lingering.

    So Damn Good.

Killers of the Flower Moon takes the somber tale of the Osage Murders in the 1920’s and uses exceptional acting, storytelling, and cinematography to push itself to the end of its nearly 3.5 hour runtime.

However, it all comes together perfectly in what really was a true masterpiece from Scorcese.

After reading David Grann’s book, I was very intrigued to see the film portrayal of KOTFM

Welcome to the MCU. You’re joining at a bit of a low point.

Marvel is BACK. I’ve enjoyed the previous installments of Deadpool (the first more than the second), but this one by far is my favorite.

As a big fan of X-Men, I was a little weary of the idea to have Wolverine come back - especially after his glorious send off in Logan, but in the world of the multi-verse, anything is possible.

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds are…
