Captain America: Brave New World 2025
Whilst I wasn’t entirely bored throughout this film, I think my Dad summed it up when he turned to me as the credits rolled by asking; What actual action happened in this film? The action scenes were both visually terrible and lacking.
Between the terrible look of the film and the most useless character (Sabra) being included as the most shameless attempt at pro-israel propaganda I think I’ve ever seen — seriously, if she wasn’t included in this film…

Piece By Piece 2024
Such a creative way of doing a biopic AND it has a really good soundtrack — what more could you really ask for? I had a lot of fun watching it!

Mickey 17 2025
I absolutely loved this film, it was such a fun watch and really refreshing to see an original story like this on a big screen at a time when everything feels like some sort of cash-grab sequel or unnecessary remake. Robert Pattinson’s performance was phenomenal and he did a fantastic job portraying so many different versions of one character.
Bong Joon-Ho did an amazing job with this film! It was a perfect blend of light-heartedness whilst also being able to take itself seriously. An absolute pleasure to watch.

Nosferatu 2024
“I am an appetite, nothing more”
While it was visually stunning, Nosferatu wasn’t the masterpiece I had anticipated it to be. I loved the use of shadows and the overall aesthetics of the film, and definitely enjoyed getting the chance to watch it in 35mm, but it is no where near my favourite film of recent.
