Fun, sleek spy thriller/whodunnit. Nothing groundbreaking but it looks great and it’s exactly what I wanted for 90 minutes.

This was one of the best movie-going experiences I’ve had in a long time. And thank god, because I waited nearly 3 hours in the standby line to get a ticket to see this one.
This wasn’t a perfect film; there were some scenes I could’ve done without—especially that scene in act 2 that felt a bit heavy handed—and I would’ve preferred a bit more runtime devoted to Erszebet in the second act, but The Brutalist is moving and powerful…
