I can't stop watching adaptations of Dorian Gray since reading it & seeing Sarah Snook's 1-person 26-characters Broadway star turn. A female Dorian serving face with the portrait being a screen test on film with a BANGER original theme song?
It's made for TV, it's the 80s, it's objectively bad, and I had a great time
Could have been gayer but I make that complaint constantly
OH AND... PRODUCED BY RANKIN/BASS which is iconic. Hermie the elf would fit right in with Dorian's debaucherous friends (drag queens)

Sorry not sorry but I enjoyed this movie. Young Gabby & Jenny cuddling in bed was ripped from the pages of my college diary. Maybe the trope of getting to do it all over (13 Going on 30) plus Catholic stuff plus (HAPPY) queer stuff got me in the feels. This gets the personal bump up from 3 to 3.5 because, at the end of the day, *this* movie actually made Christmas an actual happy(iest) season.
