A24 are truly in their inconsistent era.
The film really tries to be something but is nothing more than a “nothing-burger”. Green clearly takes inspiration from many projects but in the end, it’s a cheap knock off of each project condensed into one messy narrative. Absolutely no substance at all in this one. The script is shocking. The acting is consistently unconvincing which just led me to not care from start to finish.
