Delightful film. Nails the tone and concept. Has one of the greatest opening half hours of any recent movie, culminating in Paddington singlehandedly destroying a bathroom in under 5 minutes while trying to figure out how it works. Full disclosure I had a lot of cold medicine before watching this film

Features the definitive version of "One Way Or Another." Features the definitive scene of a character preparing to strike down their enemy but then seeing their own reflection. Features a musical number where all the babies in the hospital synchronize their piss streams to form a rainbow. This is Cinema as it should be. Only an excess of humility could have moved Klasky & Csupo to title it "The Rugrats Movie"--this is a Rugrats Film.
