Soul 2020
Well, this was emotional and introspective. Kinda like jazz.
Soul is an adorable and beautiful ride through the existentialism of life, with rapid jabs of comedy peppering an honestly soulful movie. Who knew contemplating human purpose could be so much fun?
By the time the credits rolled, i was reminded how the world looked as a kid. How every experience was full of wonder and how life used to be about the experience, before the monotony of adulting made the destination the focus.
Inspiring message, gorgeous visuals, phenomenal soundtrack with a plot chock full of heart, this movie is easily my favorite film of 2020.
