ON THE WAY
Decent war film. Shows how quickly people can get desensitised to the level of violence, some iconic lines but not much depth beyond that.
Edit, just watched like 3 deleted scenes on youtube they cut out some of the best stuff?
Fury - deleted scene (Nervous soldier) is one in particular, why tf would they cut this. Make's Grady's behaviour way more understandable when you realise he has PTSD.

I think this film is truly the epilogue of the mob movie era. Cannot see how another will be another mob movie like Godfather, Goodfellas, Bronx Tale, Donnie Brasco, Gotti, Casino etc etc etc. This is the final goodbye to that genre.
This was my favourite watch I think. The decay of Frank Sheeran as a man is sad to watch. Father time catches up with us all.

If they'd kept the relationship as father/daughter this wouldve been one of the most cool and wholesome movies and couldve got an 8 or maybe 9 out of 10 from me. The start and the end of this film are great and so is the villain. Natalie Portman is an amazing actress even at 12 steals the show.
