Omg… Humans are so fucking desperate for acceptance, our efforts to be liked and feel wanted are hilariously pathetic. 😭
Can we stop being people pleasers? Does people pleasing lead to self sabotage and misery? Are we all sell outs to some degree? 😰

Very unsettling and disturbing to watch, don’t let the buzz fool you.
Beyond it’s horror and frustration. It honestly didn’t scar me as much as I thought it would. And I am not trying to undermine it’s horror, of course it disgusted me but I tried to focus beyond the graphic images. On that note, there are many things to take from it, not only production wise but storytelling wise, you can tell the choices…

Clumsy, charming, and super romantic. I loved it so much, I don’t think there’s many love stories like this one. The performances feel so natural.
I had never seen a movie with such honest, existencial, yet innocent dialogue, the conversations are delightful and feel very real. Nothing feels planned out or set up, and I love that so much, you really just feel like you’re walking with them, watching them fall in love. Something so simple turns out to be so meaningful. SO HAPPY THERE’S TWO MORE.
