I was eating up the first half of this movie. Weird cult with John Malkovitch doing little dances for Ayo Edebiri was so fun and I would’ve watched that play out for so much longer. Also this guy’s hardcore ideology on the importance of the select creative few in society while his ‘opus’ is a pop album is actually hilarious. But also the songs kinda slayed? I want them to come out on Spotify.
