I can’t believe this was directed by the same guy who made Snake Eyes (2021).
This movie proves that Robert Schwentke had potential to be a great director. The Captain (2017) has beautiful camerawork and a chilling story which explores the dark nature of humanity. If he took this same exact approach while making Snake Eyes (2021), especially the editing and camerawork of the action scenes it would’ve been one of the greatest martial arts films.
