The Last Movie Stars 2022
Makes you believe in love and marriage and understand fighting for your relationships. This was so beautiful and tastefully done. I’d seen Joanne Woodward in The Fugitive Kind and thought she was fantastic but I had no idea and can’t wait to go down that rabbit hole.
The parallels they drew between movie footage and the stories that were being told along with the music choices was masterful editing/filmmaking. I’m so glad they were able to access all that footage.…

Awesome. Baz on all cylinders. Austin Butler IS Elvis. I went in as a skeptic but he murdered it and made Elvis seem much more like a whole nuanced person than the usual caricature performance. I forgot it was Tom Hanks in the first scene because 1. He was awesome & 2. Baz’s style and the cross-cutting between: time, place, and scene was so wild you had to let go and let the movie take you for the ride it was.…
