Joker: Folie à Deux 2024
Not the most entertaining movie. And an unnecessary sequel. I do think the musical scenes work well for the most part, but I believe the philosophical meanings throughout and overall purpose of the movie fall short as the ending and unnecessary scenes added cause too much clutter to actually enjoy. (Watched the first half one day, then watched the 2nd half like a week later)

Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) 2014
Nothing short of incredible acting in this movies from every member of the cast. Michael Keaton and Edward Nortons dynamics are written incredibly well. The story actively gets more and more entertaining throughout as you follow Riggan Thomson’s necessity for relevance and approval. The fact that it is also 1 continuous shot (with a few camera tricks to keep it that way) is stupidly impressive while the background drums add an extra level of intensity at times to keep things moving.

Zack Snyder's Justice League 2021
In just 3 movies, Zack Snyder delivers an incredibly strong character driven film that not only captures emotion, action, and drama, but also raises them to a larger scale. Giving so much depth to some characters that have not had the time/movies to develop themself. Tom Holkenborg also delivers one of the most beautiful soundtracks in comic book movie history. A visually pleasing movie that left me wanting to see whats next from Zack Snyder.
