A Real Pain 2024
One of the most touching movies I’ve seen in a long time, and it helps that it’s also one of the funniest. Props to Kieran Culkin for his show (and Oscar) stealing performance but I think it would be missing something without Jesse Eisenberg’s writing and typical stoicism to highlight its absurdity.
