Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai 1999
Jim Jarmursch does this thing where most of the dialogue in his films are extremely on the nose, while remaining heartfelt, curious, and complex. I loved Ghost Dogs relationship with Raymond! Like they really were besties on the same page despite their language barrier. Everything from the cartoon snippets to the soundtrack added so much depth, context and intention to the overall story; I really enjoyed it!

I love a place based story😭 I love how you learned so much about each city by the vibes of the passengers and the taxi driver in each short. I probably would have given it a 5 star if not for the Italian short
