Man, I was really digging this for the vast majority of the runtime. It's decently suspenseful, there's a lot of genuinely interesting and cool camera shots, and Danielle Deadwyller is always good to see. The trailer greatly oversold how much of a comedy this movie is. Like, don't get me wrong, it's decently funny at times and there's some good satire, but this is much more of a conventional monster movie than I was expecting. Although, there's a lot of good actors giving good performances in this, so it's very rarely boring, I just wish they did a bit more with it.
