  I can tell this movie was well done - every scene looked incredible, like every single frame was so intentional and thought out, and there’s evident themes, symbolism, etc. but the latter parts were just too much for me. I feel torn because I’m left feeling exactly how the movie wanted me to, and I think I understand the conflict, but I just can’t be convinced the ending makes sense imo. Some of those scenes were just so rough to watch too idk objectively it’s definitely good but I won’t watch it again I guess that means 3 stars.

  I mean idk I get it right like it’s supposed to be uncomfortable and I get the message but like this just isn’t the genre for me man. First half was good and I was like man this is pretty much what I thought it would be but I don’t mind it, it looks great and artsy, but then the last 30 min just really just smacked me repeatedly with a sock full of nickels.
