  In all seriousness, a masterpiece, the vibrancy, the soundtrack, just the sheer beauty of the cinematography, everything, this is the perfect film.
  It’s beautiful yet heart wrenching, warm yet coarse at times, it’s absolutely everything I want cinema to make me feel.
  The chemistry between Gosling and Stone is impeccable, they bounce and almost glide with each other. There’s quirkiness, there’s drama, and there’s just sheer sheer beauty.
  I will however be erasing the final 15 minutes from my memory, or alternatively watching the flashback scene and nothing before or after.

  In all seriousness, one of the scariest movies I have ever seen, just a raw portrayal of a complete destruction of oneself for perfection.
  It is absolutely horrifying, yet strangely beautiful and metaphoric, and really leaves a mark.
