What a bittersweet film.
I delayed watching this movie for a long time, and I shouldn't have done that.
They say that the best movies are the movies that make you feel something profoundly; this movies touches something deep in the core of my being, maybe it's the grief, the intense need for telling a story, or the beauty you see everywhere.
This is very different than anything else by Sorrentino, this is so personal and it contrasts heavily to his more (detached) style in his other movies.
So much more needs to be said about this, but for now it suffices, I hope.

Duck, You Sucker 1971
The 'ugly' forgotten duck-ling of the "Once Upon a Time" trilogy.
This is the most unique Western by Sergio Leone, tons of dynamite and blending two unlikely narratives of the the IRA and the Mexican Revolution. A story about friendship, sacrifice and betrayal, this is a heartfelt swan song of "fully-directed by Leone" Westerns.Translated from by

Wild at Heart 1990
I wanted to like this, but a young Laura Dern is so insufferable.
I heard it was a must watch on a YouTube video, but with the exception of Willem dafoe, this movie is just -for the lack of a better word- cringe.Translated from by
