The first couple of minutes of this film was just spent me getting used to Rob Pattinson’s accent lol but he pulls it off well. I watched this under the impression this was going to be a lesbian love story. The plot reads as two estranged friends reuniting again under an “extreme but strangely sweet situation.” Cancer movies need to out themselves immediately I don’t understand this strategy of burying the lead of a movie when the whole movie revolves around a plot point that is not necessarily a twist. I don’t wanna go into a rom com and find out it’s about domestic violence…
