A surprisingly beautiful looking film. Hit all the right notes to revive the series, but I was very put off by several embarrassing callbacks and references to the originals.

This movie was really frustrating on a lot of fronts for me. I think an action movie (and John Wicks in particular) are at their best when they successfully suspend your disbelief and are so exciting you don’t overthink the details. This movie utterly fails in that regard.
