A word or warning. I heavily advise against snacking on anything while watching this.
Eraserhead is an absolutely delightful abstract film I’m probably going to revisit and pick apart for decades to come. I’m not going to pretend I understood everything but this film tackles a lot of unspoken sinister truths about humanity, vanity, unfulfilled desires, sex and coming to terms with one’s own reality. If I could describe it in one word? Bold.
Not to mention it would make for an absolutely amazing planned parenthood ad.Translated from by
