Not your typical biopic. Great acting, great music, and I love the cinematography. Production design, costumes, everything is perfect. Really well done. 
Now I want to hear more of Blaze’s music.

I’ve been wanting to watch some Mike Leigh films for a while. This maybe wasn’t the best to start with. Great performances. I love the way it is shot. Great directing and writing. Subject matter was tough at times. 
If you haven’t seen this and you’re gonna give it a try, I have a time saving tip. If during the first thirty seconds of the film you think “I’m not sure I want to watch this type of guy for two hours”, you probably don’t.

Excellent! Highly recommend. Great work from everyone involved. This one is already winning awards. Don’t miss it!

This is a hard one to recommend. I’ll say this, if you’re going to see it, see it before you learn anything about it. Enjoy the ride.
