  Ok so first off: Yeah I get ya, it’s a lot. But it’s a lot of WHAT I WANT! This cements Robert Eggers as Doom Metal Wes Anderson and this movie is like Anderson meets Jim Henson when he’s bein creepy. I was slabbergasted by how fantastical it was whilst also being beautiful, creepy, dark, brutal, grotesque and funny. It’s like going on the best ever haunted historical reenactment walk-thru horror house. There are some moments that’ll stick with me…
