Kind of a weird ride. Felt there are too many narratives at the start but they converge very nicely into like a colonialism / oligarch politics discussion with a fun drama. Reminds me of Triangle of Sadnes / Kinds of Kindness. Excellent score. A great absurdist film :)

Taking the tour with different lens and lives on trauma and grief. Jesse Eisenberg was so underrated in this work! Reflecting on this with 70 years of Israeli aggression on Palestinian people felt imperative with this movie.

One of my all time favourite movies. Beautiful cinematography, wonderful acting, and most of all, a plot that challenges you on your view on what it means to be alive, to be worthy of living, and who gets to judge what lives are worth. It is one of the movies that leaves you thinking, questioning your values and world view, and prompts you to reflect on the way you want to live your life, now that we are here, breathing and alive. Bonus point goes to a new and upcoming director experimenting a very creative motif.

This is basically a periodic version of The Room. (Insert coarse breathing) (insert long pauses). I recommend watching it sarcastically from the get go so you can get through it. Or better yet skip this rubbish with nonsensical dialogues, over-the-top theatrical acting, draggy sentences and unnecessarily sexual angle that adds nothing to the story.
