What a beautiful, heart-wrenching movie! It touches upon grieving your parents' death through an honest and raw lens. The complex bond between Adam and his parents is shown for what it is - there is no resentment but only the desire to better understand each other before letting them go. Add to that a nascent relationship between Adam and his solitary neighbour Harry. While Harry becomes Adam's emotional pillar, we come to discover he, too, carries unresolved trauma, probably caused by his unclear relationship with his parents. Expect some ugly crying throughout.
