  I went into this only knowing that it took place in New York, and that I love films that take place in New York. I was surprised, however. It turned into a beautiful collection of letters from the director's mother. It's something that really resonated with me because of how distant you end up becoming with loved ones when you get lost in your own world and focus on your life, while you have that great distance in between.

  There's something about this movie that's so addicting. It keeps me coming back. Part of it is definitely the fact that this is made with the love and passion for Batman, and the full care to make a film. This isn't just some corporate money grab of slop, it's a superhero film done right. Another part of it for me personally, was the score. It made this film so engaging.
