  The OG Rian Johnson mystery.
  An interesting mix of noir and high school drama that feels fresh even 20 years on. The mystery kept me hooked, even if it was a bit weird. Definitely unique and worth a watch.

  I went into this expecting a more typical whodunit, but that is not the case here. It explores the characters more than the case and it does make for an interesting watch, despite it feeling a little unhinged at times.

  I liked the way it made you feel anyone could be the killer in a Noir(ish) style, and the cinematography and performances are great. But it doesn't quite live up to the cult like status for me.

  The fly kicking was hilariously elite.
