All the President's Men 1976
This film felt longer than it was (in the best possible way), and yet still could’ve been longer and I’d have had zero complaints.
I was aware of the watergate scandal and Nixon’s resignation but never realised just how deep the whole thing went. Very interesting story told in an incredibly concise way. I’d usually find myself lost with so many names being thrown around but never felt that way watching this. I felt completely focused and attentive the entire way through, and never for a second lost interest in any of it. Masterfully crafted throughout.

So perfect. Can’t believe I haven’t seen this sooner, it’s been on my watchlist for a long time.

Dune: Part Two 2024
Holyyy shit this was incredible. Can’t wait to watch Pt1 & 2 in one sitting once this comes to blu-ray.
Every shot was absolutely stunning. Fraser does a fantastic job portraying scale. Whether it’s the vast sand dunes, the colossal fighting arena on Giedi Prime, or the massive spice harvesters; he never fails to demonstrate the magnificence of it all. And if I’m going to talk about the cinematography, I can’t miss out on the use of infrared for the scenes…
