This was simply ok. I was not expecting much when I went to see it in theaters in the first place knowing it was practically the length of the actual broadway show which had an intermission and actually told the full story. Gladiator II 2024
I really enjoyed it overall except for the end which I thought was very underwhelming considering all we just went through. I also think some parts were unnecessary for the plot and wish they would’ve delved deeper into certain characters. Either way I enjoyed it and made me want to rewatch the original one.

The Post 2017
A look into the newspaper world, especially a bit of history into the Washington Post. I also love Meryl Streep so I’m a bit biased and Tom Hanks is great as usual. Didn’t really know much about the pentagon paper scandal backstory so it kept me on my toes. All the actors, I felt did a great job at making me feel what they felt throughout the whole movie. Crazy story overall if you ask me.
