  Last seen when I was a kid. The story is…more padded than I remembered, but visually this is still pretty mind-blowing. Everything with the Queen fucking rules.

  This is among the best-looking 4K discs I’ve seen for animation, would love to see Disney give a few more titles this treatment.

  One of Buñuel’s great skills was painting unflattering portraits of small men and the creep in ÉL, played brilliantly by Arturo de Córdova, is a real piece of work. It’s a joy to watch Buñuel ruthlessly dig into him like he’s dissecting a frog.
