  Wanted to like this more, it wasn’t bad, but felt like it played off of similar characters or interactions from lotr, the whole stand off at helms deep … kinda familiar.

  I think I should have seen the musical before the movie. Arianna did a good job being silly. Just didn’t connect with it as much for some reason. Maybe bc it’s the first half.

  The men that couldn’t handle Barbie going to blow their brains out after this. Poor Things calls out the entitlement and lack of empathy men have towards women fantastically: using unique comedy, visually entrancing sets, costumes, music and story. Really enjoyed the strange humor, and thought it helped further prove its points. 

  Abusive/entitled men are the real ‘toddlers’ having tantrums juxtaposed to Bella who starts as a toddler mentally.  The idea that Bella is a baby in an adult body, believable.…
