On my more delusional days, I entertain the notion that the SARS-CoV-2 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) was caused by my individual decision to attend a 70mm screening of Joker (2019) at the historic Coolidge Corner Theater on October 3, 2019. Part of me was concerned about watching Joker: Folie à Deux, lest I unleash the next pandemic, too. But I regret nothing; I understand everything now.
