Was the film enjoyable? Unequivocally, yes. But to be honest, this could also be because me and Niall continuously made jokes to one another. Was it great? Obviously not. It’s a film with a definite audience of 12 and under, so at 19 it’s quite hard to give it more than 3 stars. It was lighthearted, humorous at times, and the dwarves (not too sure on the CGI, to be honest) served a particularly entertaining…

Requiem for a Dream 2000
I am a notable non-expert when it comes to cinematography, but, in my opinion, it is fantastically done in Requiem for a Dream (2000). I really enjoyed the blend of audio/visual: it is haunting, yet beautiful. Aronofsky definitely had a vision here, the shots are visually impressive and artistic, and I am a big fan of the extensive use of split screen. Despite the film being overly deterministic and perceivably obvious, hence the 2 1/2 star rating, Ellen Burstyn’s commentary…
