Snow White 2025
Outside of the glimmers from the lead performance, mainly in her singing ability, Snow White presents the power of purity and unity through an incredibly inconsistent craftsmanship, a speedy pace, numerous aimless musical numbers and two troubling leads to follow (Gal Gadot specifically); flying by with little care to supply understanding to what amounts to visual material, which in of itself isn't holding much attention, and less merit in the vein of storytelling as time goes on.
It's not terrible but it's certainly not good either

Mickey 17 2025
Although the ensemble is clearly providing commitment to the material, which gives a cushion of interest, Mickey 17 details individuality and slavery to one's mind and to their own government through a blatantly politically-enhanced environment that leans into both its discussions of hot topic issues and in its exaggerative nature; leaving the narrative itself to wander around aimlessly to which provides little momentum, progression or logic in what is written and executed fairly messy, snoozy and sloppily.
It’s not completely without merit….but it’s fundamentally flawed.
Also...Robert Pattinson's performance....Jim Carrey....tell me you don't see it.

SUNDANCE 2023
Though it is occasionally visually stunning and possess an aurora that provides a relaxing atmosphere, La Pecera explores the desire to keep one's self purposeful while running away from the realities of their situation by falling into their own ignorance through interactions that work best when words are not spoken and falls flat when its dialogue is provided; forming a shallow foundation that thankfully is given a nibble of merit through a fairly engaging performance at the center of it.
