Brilliantly realized film with rotoscope animation that adds to a feeling of dissociation, which is perfect for a film which i assume is an exploration about the relation of drugs and mental health and those twos relations to politics. This also might be my favorite Keanu Reevs performance too. His monotone, distant but cool as ice voice is perfect for a character who is drug addicted disconnected from the world.
