    A time capsule of a movie.

    On the one hand, you can feel them hesitating with how comic booky they're allowed to go. There's the lame leather jumpsuit, the hokey bright lights of doom, the quips that sometimes undercut cooler moments, and a cheapness that keeps it from going too big.
