  Cute but unfortunately somewhat forgettable. The dragon sidekick often feels overwhelming and too energetic for my personal taste, but that may just be my personal taste. While the general theme of the movie belongs to the category of "been there, done that", its execution is rather charming although many of the characters stay pretty shallow and don't receive a lot of depth.   As terrifying as the first half was, this movie loses all of its momentum and terror in the second half. The plot twist feels pretty weak to me and the ending feels unsatisfying and unpolished. A shame.
