It is quite interesting to hear the perspectives and mixed feelings of Greeks after the film has ended. Discussing a plotline as unorthodox and a cinematography as meticulously crafted as the one of "Poor Things" seems challenging. Yet the Greek viewers were stern; Lanthimos is weird. I’ve had this on my watchlist for months. I would like to thank mubi for pressuring me with the “leaving in 13 days” notice. otherwise, I would have missed the opportunity to watch such an interesting film. Revanche is such an interesting story of revenge and redemption. The pacing felt so refreshing and the characters too real.
