So much fun and really creative action set pieces. The conceit is great and works well without getting tired. Jack Quaid definitely has movie star chops, and is great and funny physically. Really only docked for being very cheesy and a few of the other performances aren’t great. TONS of fun and I hope this makes money so that we get more movies like it!

The Monkey 2025
Much much better than longlegs in my opinion. Completely absurd and very funny. Big swing and I really enjoyed it. A movie that knows what it is and sticks to what it is. It’s not scary it’s really a comedy horror with comedy in the forefront, which was surprising but once you settle into that idea it’s super enjoyable.

I think this is probably SLIGHTLY generous because this movie is objectively waaaaaay too long. It’s just so good otherwise that I’m gonna stick with a 3.5.
