  After the first movie I wasn’t hopeful for the pre-quel. The storyline was interesting and pretty sad but the music was disappointing to say the least. Also I wasn’t really a fan of the double framing with Simba’s daughter being told the story by Rafiki. Made it kinda overwhelming and didn’t really add depth to connect with Kiara. :p
