i really wanted to engage this movie with an open mind but there’s no depth or set morals in the characters to be found. like brushing over the ruin the cartels have wrought in Mexico and instantly making emilia a hero without an arc of regret it seems that transitioning instantly made her a better person? editing was also terrible
