Robert Pattinson can do no wrong in his recent films and continues to show off his range. 2nd half of the movie is not where I expected it to go at all. While it's still good, it feels a bit disjointed.

FX's A Christmas Carol 2019
A dark and gritty retelling that is my favorite version of this story. They pulled no punches with how dark their version is and Scrooge's tragic back story gives context to something I've always wanted to know, why he is the way he is. I love that the ending is realistic to this version of Scrooge's change of heart. He doesn't do a conplete 180 or become a giddy old man, but still changes for the better and learns to value something other than money.

I wish I'd known about the cut of the film dubbed all in their native language first, but regardless a great film. The action was great and I love the slow reveal of the predator and the technology it has creates a great build up of the action to the final fight. Not a second of this film is wasted, it's a slow build up that's never boring and has some great action scenes to pay off
