I wasn’t going to write a review for this, because for most of this I was just unimpressed & felt nothing… but then the rabbit was left behind. That’s as far as I’ll go into spoiler territory, but I was going to give this two stars for McAvoy alone until a photo album is shown & the daughter acts clueless for far too long (sorry, another toe dip into spoilery waters).

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 2022
Bassett & Huerta shine in this. Angela Bassett exudes strength, conviction, and raw emotion with every line; Tenoch Huerta gave such a snarky ass smile in his introductory scene, that I was completely won over on his portrayal of Namor from that point on.
The rest of the movie, while well shot, is a bit of a mixed bag, but plenty of other reviewers and internet people will/have voiced the issues already. Instead, I'm just gunna wrap this up with saying…
