Of the Christian Duguay movies that I’ve watched I’ve noticed a similar theme. They’re mostly full of well-shot scenes that if you happened to catch the movie while on mute they would resemble well-made films. They star some really great actors but the screenwriting and sometimes hollow performances of some really draw away from anything good the movies have to offer.

It looks like a fun movie, but there’s something I want to point out first. Something I wasn’t seeing in any of the reviews. In the first half hour before we see the monster this movie is beautifully shot. It’s got great locations and is very pleasant to look at. I wanted this to be noted…

Halloween II 1981

Released three years after the first film, it looks and feels much like Carpenter’s film. Director Rick Rosenthal definitely do his best to give it that Carpenter feel.
Donald Pleasance is back as Doctor Sam Loomis and Jamie Lee Curtis is back as Laurie Strode. And this is great, BUT, much of the film takes place…Translated from by -
