Initial post theater thoughts
- solid 3.75/B+
- the trailers didn't do the movie justice (as someone who never saw the play)
- some of the songs could have been a little clearer, I struggled to hear some of the lyrics (again, maybe because I don't know them from before)
- Ariana/Galinda/Glinda was adorable
- the "old goat"
- Cynthia/Elphaba/Elphie was great as well
- Prince guy did a good job too
- I couldn't help but think "SpongeBob" whenever Buc/Boc? was on screen.Overall, I recommend it and I'm excited to see the next part next year.
